Deadman’s Ghost – Ghost Pepper Sauce

$5.95

This one started as a late-night experiment that refused to stay quiet. I kept the process simple — ghost peppers, garlic, vinegar, and time. No shortcuts. No filler heat. It’s got bite, but it’s clean. The kind of burn that shows up, makes its point, and sticks around just long enough.

Deadman’s Ghost is a small-batch fermented sauce built around ghost peppers, jalapeños, and green Thai chilies. Fermented for 4–6 weeks, then blended with roasted garlic, onion, and a touch of vinegar for balance. The flavor hits smooth and bright before the heat rolls in — bold, garlicky, and layered with that signature Dandito tang.

Every bottle is hand-made, and every batch has its own character — that’s part of the craft.

Heat Level: 4 Loaded Rounds – Clean, steady ghost pepper burn.

Flavor: Garlic-forward, tangy, deep heat with a smooth finish.

Try it on: wings, tacos, pizza, burgers, chili, or anything that needs a little danger.
Pairs with: whiskey, cold nights, and good company.
