Judicio del Fuego, “Judgement of Fire,” takes Dandito’s signature small-batch ferment and swaps in Armageddon peppers for a sharper, harder burn. Fermented 4–6 weeks with jalapeños, green Thai chilies, and garlic, then finished with roasted garlic, onion, and a clean hit of vinegar. The result is a balanced blast of heat that hits quick, hangs around just long enough, and leaves behind that tangy, garlicky kick that keeps you coming back.
Every batch is hand-made, and no two are the same — that’s the point.
