El Pecador – Carolina Reaper Sauce
El Pecador is what happens when you stop holding back. I stacked it with Reapers, red Thai chili, garlic, and onion until it tasted like trouble and heat in equal parts. It’s hot, but it’s honest — big flavor first, then that slow burn that reminds you why you like pain with your food.
El Pecador, “The Sinner,” is the hottest in the Dandito line — a small-batch fermented blend crafted around Carolina Reapers and red Thai chilies. Fermented 4–6 weeks for that deep, tangy backbone, then blended smooth with roasted garlic, onion, and a dash of vinegar for balance. The flavor is rich and garlic-heavy with a clean, lingering heat that doesn’t fade easy.
Every batch is made by hand, and each one has its own personality — that’s the point of doing it yourself.
Heat Level: 5 Loaded Rounds – Reaper heat, bold flavor.

Flavor: Garlic-forward, deep chili body, tangy ferment, long finish.
Try it on: BBQ, burgers, pizza, ramen, tacos, eggs, or anything that needs a kick that means it.
Pairs with: beer, dark rum, and whatever comes after midnight.
